Patience

Learning English takes a lot of patience.  Raising children also requires patience.  What other things require patience for you?

Patience is a virtue that can be cultivated and nurtured over time. It is the capacity to endure something quietly. Patience to grow, tolerating patience, patience to flow.
For example for my requires patience:
1. The waiting room of a hospital.
2. bank movement.
3. A medical consultation.
4. A governmental process.
5. A delayed flight.
6. A coffee with a friend who will come later.
7. Attendance at a restaurant is full of customers. Etc

How did you cultivate and nurture patience?

Guauuuuu Laurie, you killed me with that question.

I think we must try to find a balance between acting with patience, tolerance and wisdom.
I always try to find out what drives me impatient, for example if I demand too much, if there are external factors like circumstances, events, people, phrases, thus to avoid any personal involvement.
I organize my daily living tasks, delegate responsibilities to others (my kids, my husband, my job nurses collaborating me), trying to share burdens.
........ I write ... a lot and I always remind myself that things take time.
I present what really matters, always positive, I relax and remember that life is not a race, it is a journey that must be savored each step of the way.
