Why are the flags at half staff?
Today, the flags were at half staff to commemorate National Peace Officers Memorial Day.
Today honors police officers and other law enforcement people who risk their lives and sometimes die to keep the rest of us safer. This holiday was first honored in the 1960's, but I'd never heard of it before Mominal asked me why the flags were at half staff.

You're Going to Miss This
I really like this song for listening and pronunciation. There are a few writing errors. Remember, never write "gonna" or goin to"-- write "going to" Also, there should be apostrophes for "dog's barking, phone's ringing, one kid's crying, one kid's screaming."
What do you enjoy most in your life right now? Can you imagine missing any of your current difficulties? What are you going to do after your English is excellent?
